Jennifer Hamilton & Associates was founded over 15 years ago as a search firm specialising in Electronic Security Recruitment.

Never deviating from our core expertise, we have developed a large International network of world-class talent at all levels and a loyal customer base, consisting of many of the market leading manufacturers, distributors and installers within the industry. We have built up a comprehensive understanding of the industry and market norms, job profiles and people skills.

With an exceptional track record of successful placements, JHA has built long term relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and culture.

Although we will deal with most opportunities in the electronic security industry, we especially focus on the following positions;

• We cannot recruit for every company in the industry. We select our customers carefully, as we will never approach their staff with other vacancies.
• If the position is difficult to fill at least we can provide feedback. This is because we talk to potential candidates directly, so if an aspect of the vacancy or package is not appealing to the right people, we will know.

Although working primarily within the electronic security industry we regularly fill Assignments by bringing in candidates, whose backgrounds are outside the industry, providing particular skill sets. This has cost benefits where there is a particular skill shortage as well as rejuvenating the industry.
European Assignments can be handled as easily as UK Assignments, due to our recruitment methods together with an exceptionally large overseas network of contacts. We have been highly successful in Europe and have a good network of contacts.
