We are not a recruitment agency and do not act like one

  • JHA pro actively head hunts to find the best candidates for each of their assignments. We do not register anyone or have you “on our books” but we would like to know which Assignments you would prefer to be approached for.
  • Because we head hunt there is no temptation to persuade you into a position that you don’t want. We can always find more candidates, it’s a bit more work, but it’s worth it.
  • As all our customers know how we work, they realise that the interview is a two way process and they are usually willing to arrange interviews out of hours or at a convenient location.
  • You are at an advantage looking for a new position whilst still employed, but it is then difficult to take time off for interviews. JHA understands this and after listening to what you want will only suggest Assignments that will interest you.
  • We do not advertise and only show a sample of current assignments on our web site as we prefer to work pro actively rather than screen applicants approaching us.
  • However, if you are a talented player in the Electronic Security Industry and would make a move for the right opportunity perhaps we would like to know about you!

 

Confidentiality

  • We have built a strong reputation for confidentiality, sending all CVs under candidate numbers, rather than names.
  • One Digital CCTV Manufacturer has complained to us that we are the only one of 8 recruitment companies they deal with who will not send them names with CVs. We would rather lose their business than compromise our reputation.
  • Our function is to work on and fill assignments, not send numerous CVs to all and sundry.
  • In special cases where an exceptional candidate is looking for a new position urgently, we will work with them to actively market their CV. This only happens with their agreement and knowledge.
  • JHA has built confidential and trusting relationships with many of the industry’s market leaders, never approaching staff from an existing customer.
  • Being privy to business plans and strategy allow us to predict likely Assignments and spot opportunities, which are not generally available.

 

Exclusive Assignments

  • JHA has developed relationships with many major and minor players in the industry and have become their exclusive recruiters.
  • So if we don’t find out about you - you won’t find out about these opportunities.
